There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting the following, and recommended that the members vote yes: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program and making a reappropriation; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
